David Qian
I’ve been working with Pathways as a landlord partner for almost 8 years now and have seen and admired the organization’s growth over the years. I am passionate about Pathways’ mission and believe I can contribute to it in an impactful way.
I have a background in finance, real estate investing, and being a landlord, and I bring relevant experience from the business perspective and housing provider side. I have served on the board of other nonprofits down in NYC and enjoy giving back when possible.
My family and I immigrated to this country with very little, and we struggled with housing issues firsthand. Being a proud Vermonter and having grown up here, I am happy to be part of the team that helps our community solve the homelessness issue. Additionally, over the past few years, I have started learning about the importance of mental health and wellness.
