Staff Spotlight – Meet Catherine!

Hi – I’m Catherine!

I would describe myself as supportive, organized, practical, and curious. I enjoy jigsaw puzzles, reading, and running. I am a member of our local Rotary Club, Girl Scout leader, and Little Free Pantry Volunteer. I am also the director of a youth Summer Track and Field program.

I joined Pathways Vermont as the Department of Corrections (DOC) Operations Specialist in November 2025.

Much of my day is spent organizing things behind the scenes to allow our teams to support program participants. This can include move-in coordination, report updates, phone support, and supply acquisition.

No two days are the same, and I’m always happy to assist wherever I can.

My favorite part of working here is seeing participants doing well in our program and graduating. It’s wonderful to see these individuals finding success. I know how hard our team works to support them. The passion and care at Pathways Vermont are extraordinary. Everyone is willing to help however they can, whether it is supporting another Pathways employee or a participant.

I am motivated to come to work every day knowing that I am serving in a role where I am helping to make a positive difference in someone’s life. I am trusted to make decisions that support our team, and I get to spend my day engaging my love of organization, problem-solving, and learning.

I’m incredibly grateful for the support, mentorship, and sense of community I’ve experienced at Pathways so far. I’ve learned so much in a short time and look forward to continuing to grow alongside such a dedicated team.
