Charlie the Barber Does Free Haircuts @PVCC

For folks in need of a haircut who might not have other opportunities, join us on Monday as Charlie donates their time to cut hair! Available to anyone 18+ in the community who might not otherwise have access. There will only be 6 slots available and haircuts will be offered on a first-come first-serve basis.
