Community members are invited to join volunteers and staff members of Pathways Vermont on Thursday, May 29th, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. You will hear information and stories about our people, programs, and services around the state.

Vermont has seen a dramatic increase in the number of people experiencing homelessness and struggling with mental health in recent years. As a non-profit that has been providing peer-led support to Vermonters since 2010, Pathways Vermont’s value-driven approach offers people a sense of connection, access to permanent housing, and another door to walk through for mental health care. Core programs and services include Housing First, 24/7 Support Line, Soteria House, and the Community Center.

Questions, details, or RSVP to Maria Moore at [email protected] or call 802-558-8943.

The mission of Pathways Vermont is to end homelessness in Vermont and provide innovative mental health alternatives. Pathways Vermont has been working around the state of Vermont for 14 years. We practice a peer approach: we encourage and support our staff to be themselves, be in it together, and be curious and hopeful in their relationships with program participants.
